One-on-one College Essay: Basic

Service Description

Recommended for strong writers in their Junior or Senior year, at least one month in advance of application deadlines, with the goal of drafting 1-3 college application essays. Timeline: 3-6 weeks. Deadlines will be customized according to student's level and productivity time. Basic outline: 1. 1-Hr Brainstorming Zoom meeting to discuss goals and outline 1-3 essays. a. 1 hour with student via Zoom 2. Review and written feedback on essay outlines a. 2 hours 3. Review, written feedback, and 30 min Zoom meeting to discuss essay revisions a. 0.5 hours with student via Zoom 4. Final draft editing and written feedback a. 1 hour 5. Final 30 min Zoom meeting to discuss revisions a. 0.5 hours with student via Zoom Total dedicated time: 5 hours $500 NOTE: Booking will schedule the first 1-hour zoom meeting. The remaining meetings will be set during this meeting or as we go, depending on the needs of each student.

Cancellation Policy

Meetings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. For expedited services, please make sure documents are sent 24 hours before our consultation. Meetings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled without penalty. Rescheduling requests made fewer than 24 hours in advance will require a rescheduling fee of $25.
